Replacement and Refunds Policy
At Tiny Taikun, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how our refund and replacement policy works:
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day replacement or refund. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please reach out to us at hello@tinytaikun.com with the following:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (this helps us understand how the damage occurred)
Once we receive the information, we’ll work with you to get a replacement sent out, or if necessary, issue a refund. Usually the processing of refund will take around 7-10 business days.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds or replacements for a change of mind.
No Returns or Exchanges:
As most of our products are manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
